Feldenkrais Method is a series of visualization and movement sequences designed to shift and replace habitual movement patterns, allowing the emergence of new and more useful ways of moving, and positive self perceptions. The Method is widely recognized for its effectiveness in dealing with a broad range of muscular, neurological and orthopedic problems, improving dynamic posture, flexibility, coordination, reducing chronic pain, and renewing inner vitality. It is taught in two ways for all age groups. Functional Integration uses individual, hands-on or touch sessions and the Awareness Through Movement is taught in a group or class setting.
