Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a technique to determine thinking (neuro) patterns of a person by analyzing the actions (linguistic) of eye movement, breathing and other body language, regarding of illness or disease. Programming refers to altering unconscious negative, harmful beliefs about healing and illness, primarily using visualization techniques. Therapeutically, NLP has been used to work with phobias, learning disabilities, addictive behaviors as well as the development of more desirable, constructive behavior patterns.
